Tenet-AZ Region is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to assume a lead role in our Operating Room department. As an Operating Room Lead Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care within the intraoperative areas, anticipating physician needs, and maintaining preference cards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care within the intraoperative areas
- Anticipate physician needs and maintain preference cards
- Cover pre-op/PACU as needed
- Scrubs/Circulates as needed
- Floats as required
- Liaise with Supply Chain Management/Environmental Services/Central Sterile Processing to ensure sufficient supplies
- Liaise with Physician/Surgeon to understand physician preferences related to room setup, availability of supplies, operating environment, etc.
- Current RN license in the state of Arizona, or compact state
- 5 years of operating room experience
- Preferred certifications: CNOR
