Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems
  • Lead service calls and respond to emergency maintenance requests, including on-call rotations and overtime work as needed
  • Conduct preventative maintenance, system inspections, and performance testing to optimize efficiency
  • Interpret and work from electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents to ensure correct installation and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with MCI's high standards for quality and safety, following industry best practices and regulatory codes
  • Act as a trusted advisor for customers, providing expert recommendations and building long-term relationships
  • Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
