Job Summary:
The Senior Living Marketing Director will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth through community engagement, events, and networking. This role will also focus on external business development, lead follow-up, and resident move-in process management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Census Growth: Achieve occupancy targets through community engagement and events.
- External Business Development: Generate brand awareness and create community relationships through strategic marketing plans.
- Lead Follow-up and Progression: Manage sales leads and progress them through the sales cycle.
- Resident Move-in Process: Oversee the resident move-in process from start to finish.
- Strategic Marketing Plans: Develop and execute marketing strategies to guide marketing efforts.
- Market Awareness: Coordinate and participate in community events to drive market awareness.
Qualifications:
Calyx Living is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual with at least 3-5 years of sales experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and conversational skills, proficiency in CRM systems, and a strong work ethic. A degree in a related field is preferred.
Requirements:
- Senior Living Experience: 3-5 years of experience in senior living, healthcare, real estate, or hospitality sales.
- Highly Motivated: Goals-focused and success-driven individual.
