">Job Overview
">We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our Construction and Manufacturing Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
">Responsibilities
">- Pre-planning and Scheduling: Plan and schedule activities on a daily and weekly basis to ensure efficient project progression.
- Site Management: Manage job personnel below the Assistant Superintendent level, handle complaints, and disciplinary actions.
- Purchasing and Materials Management: Purchase miscellaneous materials and requisition rental equipment as needed.
- Quality Control: Check and verify dimensions within design drawings, approve field layout, and oversee work to ensure compliance with engineered drawings and schedules.
- Safety and Risk Management: Initiate jobsite safety and accident prevention efforts, investigate accidents, report incidents, hold safety meetings, and maintain safe working conditions.
Requirements
">- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent organizational, verbal communication, and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to carry out written and verbal instructions independently.
