About the Job

At Quality Talent Group, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Doctors Subacute Care in Paterson. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in performing Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and routine care.
  • Conduct resident/patient treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Administer medication in accordance with physician orders and Plan of Care.
  • Submit pharmacy orders and accurately document and record all information.
  • Provide basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging, and manage IVs, starting IV drips.
  • Monitor fluid/food intake and output, and observe and report resident accidents, incidents, and skin breakdowns.
  • Assist as directed in the admissions process.
Requirements
