  • Assist in scheduling appointments, diagnostic tests, and medical procedures promptly.

Qualifications
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1-2 years of experience in the medical field.

  • Capability to sit, stand, walk, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
  • Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 25 pounds and good visual acuity.
Work Setting
  • Exposure to medical and office equipment in a moderately noisy environment.
