Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Collaborate with the Superintendent and Project Manager to supervise construction organization, scheduling, and quality control at project sites.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage vendors, subcontractors, and resources to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality projects.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Review contracts, project documentation, and plans to ensure work in the field is built to specifications, and generate daily reports for recording construction progress.
  • Communication and Leadership: Assist the Superintendent in conducting weekly job progress meetings and safety meetings, and communicate project progress effectively to subcontractors and internal teams.
  • Quality Control and Safety: Ensure compliance with construction documents, quality control standards, and safety requirements, including OSHA and Coble's Safety Policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in high-end residential construction or a related construction area.
  • Experience with concrete and structural construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, software, and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for quality and craftsmanship.
  • Knowledge of regulatory construction standards, such as safety, Lean Construction, and best practices.
  • High school diploma and/or Equivalent training typically found in four-year degree or certification programs.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
