Key Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with clients and help them achieve their financial goals
  • Develop and implement integrated financial plans that include insurance and investment strategies
  • Work with our Training and Development Team to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
  • Participate in regular peer-to-peer study groups to share knowledge and best practices with colleagues

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • 3 or more years of experience in business or sales
  • Ability to obtain California Life, Accident and Health license within 30 days
  • Ability to obtain securities license (Series 6 or 7 and Series 63) within 90 days
