Donation Attendant

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Donation Attendant. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping us grow our mission to empower individuals to overcome challenges and achieve employment.

• Transport donated goods, new goods, and target products from customer vehicles and GICO trucks.
• Makes decisions about the quality of donations and accepts or declines them, communicating effectively with customers.
• Provides excellent customer service, greeting the public in a professional and cheerful manner, and issuing detailed written receipts.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment, adhering to quality control standards.
• Opens, closes, and secures ADCs at the end of each shift.
• Prepares and submits daily activity reports, tallies, and inventories as assigned.
• Reviews and adheres to Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma safety policies, programs, and procedures.

• GED or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service or interaction is a plus.
• Clear communication skills, ability to work well with others, and good decision-making skills are essential.

This role requires working 40-hour weeks with variable hours and occasional overtime. You must be able to lift 50 pounds, maneuver 200 pounds, and stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods. Good finger dexterity and feeling, frequent repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity are also required.
