Job Description:

As a travel nurse RN, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, develop personalized care plans, and monitor progress. You will also be responsible for coordinating patient transfers and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information
  • Ensure timely and effective communication among patients, families, and healthcare staff

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, with experience working in a similar capacity. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and a bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is preferred. Additionally, you must have a valid RN license in your state and be certified as a case manager (CCM).
