Job Title: Travel Nurse RN

RTG Medical-Nursing is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team for a travel nursing job in a Medical-Surgical setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical environment. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your clinical skills in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to Medical-Surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
