Job Overview

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement weight management programs to promote healthy eating habits among residents
- Assess and monitor residents' nutritional status to ensure optimal health outcomes
- Provide personalized nutrition recommendations and education to residents and their families
- Collaborate with the dietary department to prepare and serve nutritious meals that meet residents' dietary needs
Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association
- Current licensure as a Dietitian per state requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an approved program in Dietetics or Nutrition
- Experience in healthcare food service management and nutrition, including familiarity with various foods and preparation techniques
- Proficient in utilizing nursing and administrative dietetics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
