About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability.
  • Utilize sales techniques and communicate product knowledge to customers, recommending merchandise selections or helping to locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, as well as pricing and visual standards.
  • Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and a fast and efficient register experience.
  • Reinforce buying decisions at the checkout and achieve add-on goals, including gift card sales.
  • Sign up clients for reward programs and build and maintain a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing.
  • Maintain consistent client communication through the utilization of customer books.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate with customers, associates, and management.
