Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott-Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling guest complaints, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superior guest services, including check-in and check-out, and respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process all payments according to established hotel requirements and adhere to payment, cash handling, and credit policies.
  • Generate, print, and distribute daily reports to designated departments and personnel.
  • Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with Housekeeping.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers.
  • Computer experience preferred.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
