Job Title: Lead Appliance Repair Technician

At Mr. Appliance, we're seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing home appliances, leading a team of technicians, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair home appliances by troubleshooting, providing cost estimates, and communicating with customers.
  • Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Serve as a resource and technical support for the team.
  • Effectively communicate with the office to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • 4+ years of experience in appliance repair.
