Salesforce Configuration Specialist

Prime Capital Financial, a leading investment advisory firm in the United States, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Configuration Specialist to join its corporate team. With over 70 locations throughout the country, the company provides comprehensive financial planning services, including asset management and retirement plan advisory services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support business operations. This includes data migration, process optimization, and automation of business processes through collaboration with stakeholders.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who can work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements
• Migrate data from legacy systems to Salesforce
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve business efficiency
• Automate business processes through workflow configuration and approval processes
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and ensure optimal user efficiency of Salesforce
• Drive user adoption and ensure user satisfaction through training and documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and/or development
• Proficient in Excel and statistical analysis tools
• Experience as a business analyst or project manager is preferred

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
