Charitable Donations Ambassador

Goodwill Industries of Northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is a renowned nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through education, job training, and employment opportunities. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Full-time Donor Greeter to join our team in Escanaba, MI.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting donors with their charitable contributions
• Ensuring the smooth unloading and sorting of donations from vehicles
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Goodwill's high standards of excellence
• Accurately recording daily donation counts, providing valuable insights into community giving trends

We offer a dynamic work environment, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career growth and development. The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $40,000-$45,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be able to:

• Bend, reach, and stand for extended periods of time, lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary
• Demonstrate basic math skills, accurately processing donations and maintaining records
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, as required
