Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality speech-language pathology services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and schools.
  • Assess and diagnose patients with communication and swallowing disorders, and develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify patients' communication and swallowing needs, and develop and implement treatment plans to address these needs.
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare professionals on communication and swallowing disorders, and strategies for prevention and management.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
  • Experience working with patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to travel to various locations, including hospitals, clinics, and schools.
