Soliant is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a school-based setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in supporting students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' functional abilities and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance students' participation in school activities and promote academic success.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to provide a supportive learning environment.
- Provide direct therapy services, consultation, and training to students, teachers, and staff to promote a culture of inclusivity and accessibility.
- Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current Florida state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred, but not required.
