Job Overview

RMA Worldwide Transportation is seeking a skilled Motorcoach Operator to join our team. As a Motorcoach Operator, you will be responsible for safely transporting clients in motor coaches throughout our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and transport clients in motor coaches
  • Adhere to the Four Golden Moments of client contact
  • Welcome and greet clients, discuss amenities, confirm destination and preferred route, and thank clients for choosing RMA Worldwide
  • Follow DOT regulations where applicable
  • Maintain travel logs and fuel vehicle
  • Conduct safety management and vehicle inspections
  • Assist with passenger loading and unloading

Requirements:

  • CDL Driver's license with Air brake and Passenger Endorsements
  • Long-distance driving experience
  • Effective communication and cooperation with dispatch
  • Ability to plan routes and meet schedules
  • Willingness to attend routine compliance and customer service training
