You will collaborate closely with Account Managers and Independent Contractors to foster effective communication and resolution of client issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a consistent nightly service schedule
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to establish and review nightly goals
  • Develop and sustain relationships with both new and existing Independent Contractors
  • Act as the primary contact during onboarding for selected Independent Contractors
  • Utilize our CRM system to assess client needs and conduct inspections during visits

Compensation: $41,600 per year

Qualifications

  • Proficient in data entry and email communication
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Reliable transportation for commuting to various client locations
  • Availability to work from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
