Music Instructor

We are seeking a motivated and professional music teacher to join our team at Minnesota School of Music. As a music instructor, you will have the opportunity to empower youth through personalized, parent-inclusive music lessons.

• Deliver one-on-one 30-minute music lessons using a company-approved curriculum
• Perform duties following company education and customer service standards
• Keep student progress records
• Prepare students for and participate in seasonal recitals
• Participate in our student achievement program
• Participate in company Professional Development System

• Must be comfortable working with students ages 5-18 and teaching in front of parents

• Full schedule
• 50% of employee FICA tax liability paid by the company
• Paid sick leave
• Full-time office staff handles scheduling, billing, and marketing
• 20 hours of paid training
• Ongoing professional development through our EOS system
