About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pfaff Automotive Partners. As a key member of our Body Shop team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer needs are met
  • Qualify customers and use proper process techniques to ensure accurate estimates
  • Write estimates of damages and ensure they are written to company standards
  • Review and explain estimates with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Obtain repair authorization as needed and perform final checks on vehicles before customer delivery
  • Negotiate repair costs with insurance appraisers and manage supplements and re-inspections throughout the repair process
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area and observe all safety procedures
  • Communicate and document repairs status to customers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer, and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of pertinent data
