At Kanaan Communications, LLC, we're seeking a skilled Telecommunications Lineman to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you'll play a vital role in installing and repairing aerial telecommunications fiber and copper cables.

• Install and repair aerial telecommunications cable
• Safely operate mechanized equipment, such as bucket trucks and digger derricks
• Direct traffic flow in accordance with local DOT guidelines
• Safely work aloft using climbing hooks and ladders
• Work in multiple locations and travel to various sites
• Maintain safe working habits and conditions according to all regulations, procedures, and policies

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience
• Have previous construction experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry
• Have knowledge of established aerial cable installation procedures and techniques
• Be able to climb telephone poles and work in a bucket truck
• Be able to perform all duties in telecommunications construction, such as pole transfers, maintenance builds, new builds, cable installation, over lash, and strand construction
