Position Title: CNC Setup Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled CNC Setup Supervisor to lead our CNC operations during the second shift. This role is essential for guiding machine operators in setup procedures, ensuring product quality, and effectively managing the shift's workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the setup processes for both 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machinery, including drilling and milling operations.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of production.
- Implement necessary adjustments to enhance operational efficiency and output quality.
- Ensure that all preventative maintenance tasks are performed as scheduled.
- Expertise in CNC machine setups (3-axis and 5-axis)
- Proficient in drilling and milling techniques
- Strong quality control abilities
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance practices
- Ability to coach and mentor team members
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
This is a permanent role.
Work EnvironmentThe position is based in a non-climate controlled manufacturing setting.
