Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and building rapport to create a loyal customer base.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items, using a variety of techniques and ingredients to create unique and delicious drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
• Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with new products and promotions, making recommendations to customers and driving sales.

Requirements

• Passion for coffee and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
