Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Hutchinson Health. As a key member of our Imaging Department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality CT radiological examinations on patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter exam charges into the system and direct them to Material Services and Pharmacy as appropriate.
  • Perform high-quality CT radiological examinations on patients, addressing and responding to their individual needs.
  • Work with the Radiologist to learn and follow their preferred imaging protocols.
  • Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and supplies in an orderly fashion.
  • Maintain accurate records to meet regulatory and professional standards.
  • Participate in working all shifts in the department, including weekends and holidays.
  • React objectively in crisis situations and on specific issues.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Satisfactory completion of a clinical rotation in Radiology.
  • Appropriate CT training.
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or Registry eligible.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Two years of training under a qualified and licensed radiologist.
  • Working knowledge of anatomy, principles of physics, and electricity.
  • Knowledge of methods of exposure to obtain required images.
  • Ability to understand variations of anatomical positions.
