Production Supervisor Job Summary

Bocar US, Inc. is seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team in Tanner, Alabama. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of the production area, ensuring the accomplishment of production and quality goals in a safe and cost-efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise production area activities, organizing and managing resources to fulfill production plans.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of products to customers.
  • Build and lead a strong, motivated production team.
  • Adhere to plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in developing training programs and hiring plans for production team members.
  • Support issue resolution, including root cause investigation and corrective action.
  • Ensure correctness of safety and environmental practices to maintain personnel integrity and environmental respect.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of work experience as a Supervisor in an industrial, manufacturing environment; or equivalent military experience.
  • Previous CNC Machining experience and understanding of machining processes.
  • Experience leading teams, employee development, and motivating others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organization and planning skills required.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
