Position Summary:
We are currently seeking dedicated Production Technicians to join our client's team, a recognized leader in the Water Treatment sector.

What We Offer:
Compensation:
$22.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Benefits:
Comprehensive benefits package available one month post-hire, including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage.
PTO of two weeks in the first year, with unused sick time compensated at year-end.
Tuition reimbursement program and complimentary lunches provided during major holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations on the manufacturing floor.
- Prepare production batches as required.
- Fill totes, drums, and bulk tankers with products.
- Unload bulk tankers upon delivery.
- Execute minor maintenance tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is mandatory; two years of college education is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer operations is essential.
- Comprehensive understanding of reactors, instruments, filters, pumps, forklifts, scales, and standard testing equipment.
- Familiarity with OSHA and EPA regulations is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.

- Basic Safety
- DOT Hazardous Materials
