Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments to identify client needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique requirements
  • Utilize evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual therapies, promoting client growth and well-being
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient information and treatment plans
  • Perform regular wellness checks to ensure client safety and satisfaction
  • Adhere to all facility and licensing standards, upholding the highest level of professionalism and care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
  • Current and unrestricted clinical social worker license
  • Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist is preferred, but not required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care
