Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at OhioHealth. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients and families in diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide nursing care to patients and families along the health-illness continuum in diverse healthcare settings
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care
* Delegate nursing tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel (UAPs) using the criteria written in the Ohio Nurse Practice Act
Requirements:
* LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of Nursing License
* Graduate from an accredited school or program of practical nursing
* Successfully completed Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course
Work Environment:
* Night Shift
* Medical Unit 1
