At AAA - The Auto Club Group, we're seeking ambitious and visionary business leaders to join our team as Entrepreneurial Agency Owners. This is an exceptional opportunity to build a profitable, multi-line insurance agency and serve new and prospective AAA Members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships to a well-defined and loyal client base.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage and maintain a AAA-branded office, ensuring compliance with AAA protocols and standards.
  • Collaborate with AAA's recruitment team to secure licensed staff and access resources to support business growth.
Requirements:
  • Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing (preferred, but not required).
  • Review and completion of the Business Plan/Cash flow analysis (AAA provides assistance and guidance throughout this process).
  • Learning & Development requirements (4-week 100% virtual training/live instructor class).
  • $75K proof of investable capital (not a franchise fee - proof of funds available for investment into your own business).
  • Ability to pass background check, criminal history, and credit/financial check.
