Job Summary

The Chiropractor is a key member of a collaborative healthcare team at Crossover Health. As a Healthcare Specialist, you will provide evidence-based care to promote optimal patient experiences. You will treat patients with various diagnoses, including repetitive stress and athletic injuries.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat complex patient cases using advanced clinical reasoning and skills.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that emphasize progression towards active care, including exercise and rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with the physical medicine rehab team and comprehensive care team to optimize patient outcomes.
  • FOLLOW CROSSOVER CLINICAL AND REGULATORY STANDARDS AND HEALTHCARE PATHWAYS.
  • Accurately document patient findings in shared electronic medical records.
  • Incorporate objective data into managing patient cases through administering and evaluating standardized functional outcome measures.

Requirements

  • Doctorate of Chiropractic degree.
  • Three or more years of clinical chiropractic work experience.
  • Current license by the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
