About the Role

This is a full-time position with attractive work hours: Tuesday through Saturday, with Sundays and Mondays off. You'll be working with a team of professionals to transform our clients' hair and lives.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 5 paid vacation days, 8 paid holidays, and 5 wellness days in the first year. Our benefits also include full medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k)-retirement savings plan with company match.

Key Responsibilities
  • Showcase your hair cutting, coloring, and styling skills to provide an exceptional client experience.
  • Analyze, consult, and educate clients on hair care and products.
  • Persuasively sell services to clients, focusing on their needs and wants.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues by being honest, ethical, and responsive.
Requirements
  • A current active cosmetology license in the state where you reside.
  • Strong technical skills and a passion for hair artistry.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
