Registered Veterinary Technician

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Registered Veterinary Technician to join our team at Heidt Veterinary Hospital. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, assisting in surgery, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Room patients and assist in surgery
  • Place IV catheters, draw blood, and run bloodwork
  • Use Idexx in-house lab equipment
  • Experience with x-ray and proper positioning
  • Client education and communication
  • Supportive and positive team player
Requirements:
  • Current Registered Veterinary Technician license
  • 2+ years in the veterinary industry
  • Knowledge of basic industry tools and equipment
  • Idexx and Avimark knowledge preferred
