Key Responsibilities- Provide Professional Nursing Care: Assess and accurately document patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Coordinate Care Delivery: Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure safe, effective, and quality patient care.
- Follow Organizational Policies: Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- Perform Unit Competencies: Demonstrate expertise in unit-specific skills and competencies to provide high-quality patient care.
- Education: High School Graduate or equivalent; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience: 2 or more years of experience as a Clinical Nurse
- Licensure and Certification: Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN) in the State of Kansas or compact license; Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS or BCLS) certification
