Join Our Team as a Radiologic Technologist

We are collaborating with a prominent healthcare organization in New York, seeking skilled Radiologic Technologists for various urgent care facilities across the region. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging examinations.
  • Clearly explain procedures to patients to ensure their understanding.
  • Adjust imaging equipment and set exposure parameters based on patient specifics.
  • Implement radiation safety measures to protect patients and staff.
  • Conduct both specialized and routine diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Process and evaluate images for quality assurance.
  • Organize images for review by radiologists or referring physicians.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on imaging equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid NYSDOH Radiologic Technologist license.
  • Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in the field is essential.
  • Experience in urgent care settings is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Starting at $38.00 per hour

Schedule:
  • 12-hour shifts
  • Daytime availability required

Work Location: In-person
