PT Preload Supervisor

At UPS, we're looking for a skilled PT Preload Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for training and supervising Package Handlers and Clerks on safety, productivity, and various job-related tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitating training with new and current employees.
• Conducting and participating in group meetings.
• Coordinating evaluations with management.
• Determining best solutions for package concerns.
• Supervising daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure all assigned duties are accomplished safely and timely.
• Understanding and consistently demonstrating UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.

Qualifications include:

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
