Primary Care Physician Opportunity in Southwestern Ohio

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team in southwestern Ohio. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and compassionate physician to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and growing healthcare environment.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering excellent patient outcomes, a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements, and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and patients. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to adults, including routine check-ups, diagnoses, treatments, and referrals to specialists as needed.

About the Role- Practice primary care medicine, providing routine check-ups, diagnosing and treating medical conditions, and referring patients to specialists as needed
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, taking into account their medical history, lifestyle, and personal preferences
- Stay current with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care
- Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, share knowledge, and support each other in achieving common goals
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Completion of a fellowship program in Geriatrics (desired but not required)
- Bilingual proficiency (desired but not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a highly competitive salary package, which includes:
- A base salary range of $250,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on experience
- A quarterly bonus based on quality metrics, ranging from 10% to 20% of annual salary
- 6 weeks of paid time off, inclusive of major holidays and CME opportunities
- Tuition reimbursement and continuing medical education stipend

- A 401(k) investment plan with up to 4% company match
