We are seeking a skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at the Marriott Phoenix Resort Tempe at the Buttes. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails that exceed our guests' expectations.

• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails and custom creations.
• Stay Current with Trends: Stay up to date on the latest cocktail trends and continuously innovate drink offerings.
• Provide Excellent Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a positive experience.
• Maintain a Clean Bar: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock and Restock: Stock bar with necessary supplies, inventory control, and restock items as needed.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with the rest of the team to deliver efficient and consistent service.
• Handle Cash and Payments: Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Mix Ingredients: Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Comply with Regulations: Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Set Up and Clean Up: Be able to set up and clean up after shift.

• Experience: Resume and proven working experience as a mixologist or craft bartender.
• Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
• Computer Literacy: Computer literacy.
• Communication Skills: Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Organization Skills: Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
