About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Crew Member at Dave and Buster's - Albuquerque. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Food Safety and Handling: Maintain a thorough understanding of proper food safety and handling techniques to ensure the highest quality of food and beverages.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to anticipate and meet their needs, ensuring a seamless and efficient service.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchen areas, including the loading dock, dumpster, and utility work areas.
  • Product Receiving: Assist with receiving delivery of products on behalf of our restaurant team, ensuring accurate inventory and storage.
  • Checklists and Compliance: Complete daily and weekly checklists to ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols.
  • Guest Experience: Greet guests and provide a memorable experience, resolving any issues that may arise in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Share your positive energy and enthusiasm with the team, focusing on exceeding customer expectations and supporting the success of Dave and Buster's - Albuquerque.
