Job Description:

The Clinic Nurse is responsible for assisting healthcare providers in delivering patient care, performing nursing procedures, and promoting a positive patient experience in the clinic setting.

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, nursing duties such as:

  • Conducting assessments, assisting providers with procedures, communicating test results to patients, managing prescription refills, filing, ordering medical supplies, and performing additional duties as assigned by the provider and/or Clinic Director.

Position requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare technology is essential.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Documenting patient care and treatments within the electronic health record.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between patients, staff, and providers.
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of the patient.
  • Performing vital signs, triaging patient calls, refilling prescriptions, completing prior authorizations, scheduling referral appointments, and supporting team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Certifications and Licenses:
  • Current, unencumbered Montana license.
  • Current BLS certification.
Position Details:
  • Normal urgency.
  • ENT RN Days, Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm.
State License Details:
  • Must be currently active.
Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Minimum 40 guaranteed hours.
