Position Summary:

We are in search of a proactive and talented Independent Handyman to join our team and represent Nandail Property Management effectively.

As an integral member of our workforce, you will be essential in delivering outstanding services to our clients and customers in various settings.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in both commercial and residential properties.
  • Ensure all mechanical systems are operational and perform repairs as needed.
  • Carry out general cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the building.
  • Install and replace flooring, staircases, and piping as required.
  • Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other structural components.
  • Manage waste and recycling bins around the premises.
  • Maintain and repair heating and cooling systems as necessary.
  • Possess reliable transportation and necessary tools.
  • Demonstrate basic math skills and effective communication.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Pay attention to detail and maintain a high standard of work.
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Show proven experience in handyman services.
  • Be familiar with hardware tools and equipment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
  • Possess reliable transportation.
  • Have a flexible work schedule.
  • Demonstrate mechanical aptitude.
  • Contractor or journeyman license is advantageous.
