We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Program Manager to oversee the clinical treatment programs for patients receiving treatment in our Partial Hospitalization Programs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical care and leading a team of clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide oversight and leadership to clinical staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Supervise individual and group counseling sessions, implement treatment modalities, and ensure clinical documentation is current and accurate.
- Assure that clinical functions are integrated and meet all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and services.
- Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field, with current state licensure as a clinical social worker or counselor.
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment.
- At least 2 years of experience in inpatient healthcare, with prior management experience and work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
