Dishwasher/Busser/Expo

Join the Dundee Township Parks District team as a Dishwasher/Busser/Expo We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist with food preparation, service, and cleaning in our golf operations kitchen.

• Collect and wash kitchenware, dishes, and utensils
• Load and unload dishwashing machines
• Wash specific items by hand, such as wooden cutting boards and delicate china
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment
• Set up workstations before meal prep begins
• Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours
• Maintain cleaning supplies stock and notify supervisor of inventory levels
• Check washing machines' operation and report any technical issues
• Remove garbage regularly and sanitize the kitchen area
• Assist with plating food orders and delivering food to patrons
• Comply with all safety and loss prevention policies

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Prior experience working in a kitchen is a plus
• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation techniques is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends
• Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail

This is a part-time position, generally less than 30 hours per week. Hours are dependent on business needs and may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays between January and December.
