Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
  • Conduct patient assessments, observing and recording patient responses to treatment and changes in condition.
  • Consult with physicians to develop therapy plans and ensure patient progress.
Requirements
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
