About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Patriot Powersports. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for greeting customers, determining their needs, and providing excellent customer service. Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in powersport or motorcycle sales/service and be bilingual in English and Spanish.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week, 10 hours a day.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers when they call or enter the store
  • Determine if they are needing Sales or Service and capture their contact info and consult with them
  • Assist customers with their Sales or Service need
  • Closing deals in your department
  • Cross-selling other goods and services when desired by customer
  • Conduct pre and post delivery inspections
  • Help maintain a tidy front display area and neatly organized inventory

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in powersport or motorcycle sales/service
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Go-getter attitude and willingness to learn multiple facets of the business
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Honest, dependable, efficient / self-motivated
