Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Nurse to join our team at LanceSoft. As a key member of our Corporate Health Services team, you will play a critical role in promoting a healthy and safe work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all Corporate Health and Medical Services processes and activities
  • Provide leadership on health-related issues for employees, supervisors, and facility leadership teams
  • Develop and implement successful wellness initiatives and track metrics at the plant
  • Partner with plant leadership in driving a zero-injury culture
  • Lead the Wellness Pillar in our TPM journey
  • Ensure compliance with various policies and regulations
  • Schedule and evaluate all pre-placement, medical surveillance, preventative care, health promotion, referrals, and fit for duty exams
  • Provide nursing care to plant employees at Fairburn as needed and make referrals as necessary
  • Annual audiometric testing, vision exams, pulmonary function exams, and fit testing
Requirements
  • BSN preferred as the basic preparation for entry into professional practice, but three (3) year diploma or two (2) year associate degree is acceptable with RN licensure in the state(s) of practice with five (5) years of occupational health experience
  • Licensed registered Nurse
  • Certified Occupational Health Nurse (or eligible and willing to take the exam)
  • Current CAOHC audiometry certification
  • Current NIOSH approved spirometry training
