Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Professional Engineer to take on a permanent role within our organization. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities related to civil engineering, land development, drainage, grading, and water resource management. It presents an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to leverage their expertise in a stimulating and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and manage civil engineering projects, including land development, drainage systems, grading, and water resource management.
2. Prepare and evaluate technical documentation, such as project plans, reports, and specifications.
3. Conduct site evaluations to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and project managers, to deliver exceptional engineering solutions.
5. Utilize advanced engineering software and technologies to enhance project outcomes.
6. Perform feasibility analyses and risk assessments for proposed initiatives.
7. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, innovations, and best practices.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is a plus.
2. At least 5 years of experience as a Professional Engineer, specializing in civil engineering, land development, drainage, grading, and water resources.
3. Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
4. Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
5. Strong understanding of engineering principles, methodologies, and standards.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
8. Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
9. Familiarity with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
10. Proven history of successfully completed engineering projects.
