KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Collection and Preparation:

  • Gather, cleanse, and structure data from various sources.
  • Ensure the precision and completeness of data through rigorous validation processes.
  • Acquire and implement data cleansing methodologies to ready data for thorough analysis.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Assist in performing analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and significant insights.
  • Support the development of reports, dashboards, and visual representations that effectively convey findings.
  • Translate intricate data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Data Integrity:

  • Identify and rectify data quality challenges and inconsistencies.
  • Gain knowledge of data quality standards and best practices within the healthcare sector.

Collaborative Engagement:

  • Collaborate with various departments to fulfill their data requirements, including ad-hoc analyses and report creation.
  • Adjust your approach to accommodate the unique needs of different teams.

Professional Development:

  • Actively engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Testing to verify data accuracy and system performance.
  • Seize opportunities to acquire new skills and tools as our data landscape evolves.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis (experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is advantageous).
  • Equivalent combinations of education and industry experience will be considered.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Proven ability to conduct ad hoc analyses under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data manipulation tools (Python or R preferred).
